Well they finally nerfed harclave... but you can beat it for a couple more lvls (46-49). Find a 45 mentor to him, choose very hard and zone in. The level of the instance will be 50 and at lvls 46-49 you will be playing a harder zone and thus gaining more exp.

Anyone over the lvl of 45 can no longer choose to make the splitpaw zones harder. They can only go in to the instance at lvl thier lvl.
