Spirit of Ao the Fourth Born scowling at me....why?

As the title says, the mission giver (and part of getting into ToB) Spirit of Ao the Fourth Born is scowling at me. I dont know why, this happen to anyone else? If so is it a bug? Can we fix it? How did you fix it?

Scowling at me too but still gives me the mission.
