Hey!

So this only seems to happen on my tank, after a while of going his spell gems will permanently bug out and go inactive (as if stuck on GCD) until I manually come and fix it. I know that there is a way to fix this using EQMule's KA compile, but is there a way to fix this using Maskoi's? I also know that this may be caused by using items in conjunction with spells so I tried removing any clickies I had going (only had my Veiled BP) but it still ended up happening, albeit took more time to happen. I haven't been able to sit down and watch exactly what's making this happen but I'll try now. As well, I have my other toons set up to cast spells while using clickies and none of them have bugged out, only my Paladin. I also use MQ2 in conjunction with ISBoxer and this used to only happen to me while I was tabbed out in Chrome or something, but now is happening regardless of whether I'm in the same window or not. Weirdly enough, I was grinding out AAs in Kor'Sha to max and this never really happened but as soon as I moved to Overthere it started happening regularly, probably something to do with the resource usage of all of my clients since OT is much bigger? Not sure, I do know it's an EQ bug though, just wondering if there's anyway in Maskoi's MQ2 to fix this.

Any ideas?

has anyone tried using a long cast AA and before it finishes doing a /stopcast and see if the gems clear up?

Haven’t tried /stopcast, but ducking works... so I’d assume /stopcast would, as well.

is /stopcast dependent upon mq2cast?

In my experience as long as you use an aa with a cast time such as those mentioned above it doesn't matter if it actually goes off. Just starting the cast frees up the spell gems again.

that was my experience, as well.
