Question - Someone is tolling me

I am not sure why exactly, but someone seems to be trolling me.
Last night they ran around the zone and dragged a bunch of mobs to me.
I went on a higher level alt to get my corpses, and he did it to him, and the guy said "Sorry I thought you were someone else"
He is a lvl 110 bard. I am lvl 70.

Now I see him again today in my zone. I have no idea what I did to get this much hostility.

Is there a way to prevent him from knowing where I am.

Has anyone else had this happened to them, and what do you generally do?

Seriously, that's about all you can do if he's directly targeting you for some reason.
