Bug - Some conditions not working since update

I looked for a "remaining bugs" thread since the update but couldn't find one so figured I'd post this. The Blessing of Ro thing was fixed by just putting |once in there, but I actually preferred it the way I had it previously with the condition because in the unlikely event that the spell would wear off mid battle, he would at least cast it a second time. Anyway, I think this may be a bug because it is happening to multiple characters and classes. p.s. All these things were working fine before the big update except for Blessing of Ro which I only just got.

Everything else seems to be working great though, and whatever has happened the last few days, this whole thing is many many times faster!! It is really transformed, the characters are so fast now.
