I was getting ctd's as well from my own compile from MQ's site, on 2 different computers. Started fresh again with new directory, copied in only the INI files and Macro directory, rebooted both Pc's, then everything worked fine.

seems like mq2exchange/cast not working right with new source

Yeah, I noticed you took the download down about the time I posted that. Using my own compile for now.
