The purpose of this is for a high level caster to nuke themselves (or their target) below 70% life. Bind Wounds practice for others/alts/self?

If > 65% life, cast (declared) nuke spell
If < X% mana, sit/med until at Y% mana

Can anyone help me out please?

Okay, I wrote this up, please tell me how bad it is. It's working okay for me now, during testing I had to duck to avoid killing myself hehehe.
