Not sure if anyone has done this or noticed this but here it goes.. I took a couple of friends to Splitpaw and since they were to low to go in mine and I was to high to go in theirs, I mentored down to them and we went in theirs. I got sick of being nerfed and decided to unmentor them and I stayed in group and stayed in the zone. The mobs were very easy to me and I could take them out easily by myself while my friends got some nice experience and loot drops. I have tried this in all instanced zones I have access to and it has worked. All you have to do is mentor your way in to a lower level zone and unmentor once your in, and then you will have access once again to all your spells/ combat arts and your weapons etc will be back to normal. I thought it worked out well for my friends being they were in their high 30's to low 40's and I was a 51 Paladin..
