After searching and searching I have found that when you have multiple accounts on 1 computer that all the toons can or do show 4 shared bank slots! If you use the 2 lower ones without proper access then they will go POOF when you log and the next time you log they will be in your PARCEL but that can be only a bag if you had items in a bag they may be lost forever!
SO until they fix it be VERY careful what you put in the lower 2 shared slots on a toon you are not 100% sure get 4 shared bank slots!
