/setspell Dos this do anything? I can use it to put spell Icons up on me and see some stat Changes on my UI but i dont think its Realy doing anything. And When i zone the buffs are gone. What Do you guys use this for?

no, as it doesn't send a spell packet to the server it was never really cast upon you and the server knows better.
