Notes
The intention is to make the configuration as good as it can possibly be within the KissAssist framework.
Basic Rogue, with some condition functionality that can be extended as it levels.
I've removed the pull section as I don't use this toon for pulling, you can check previous versions of this rogue configuration if you need. Apart from the PullWith value, it's set and forget.
