Problem - [Rizlona]Cures keep spamming after awhile

Regardless if I mem a cure spell or use an item click after a period of random time KA will seemingly break and just start to attempt to cure a character who once had a curable debuff with counters. A lesser, but still annoying, issue is sometimes it'll stop trying to cure someone with only 1 counter left. I've tried both of the following settings and neither works as they both eventually fail with the above situation. I play on Rizlona, use EQBCS, and all characters are connected and running KA.
