Question - RgMerc

I just recently returned and want to give Project Lazarus another try. I’m not that tech savvy programming the automation and E3next is more involved than I’m looking for. I really enjoyed using RGmerc in the past, but can’t find a link to download it. Do I need a level 2 subscription to get setup with RGmerc again?

yes, downloading rgmercs from here *is* behind level 2, same as using redfetch to update stuff.
