Question - Resizing UI Windows

Is there a some way to grab the edge of a UI frame easily to resize the window? I struggle to get the exact edge of the window, going back and forth slowly until I get the <-> and if I move slightly before I get the mouse press I have to repeat the whole process.

Is there a some way to grab the edge of a UI frame easily to resize the window? I struggle to get the exact edge of the window, going back and forth slowly until I get the <-> and if I move slightly before I get the mouse press I have to repeat the whole process.

Two things immediately come to mind.

1.) Windows settings... back off on the mouse acceleration setting.

2.) Change UI to get one with thicker window borders.
