Config - Ranger KissAssist DPSCON's

New to this whole dpscon can I get some of the veterans to check this work. I also have the question what is the best way to handle defensive cooldowns? Buff or DPS section of KissAssist?

This is built around the player starting it by clicking Sureshot Discipline manually. Ohh yea and he is only 95.
