Hello all,

I have a couple of questions and I've been looking through the posts here as well as the guides for a day or two.
So far I have not found the answers I'm looking for.

I have just started using kissassist and it seems very similar to another program I used a great deal on peq.

The questions I have are:

Is there a stick type command that follows z axis as well?
Is there a way to have DPS only engage when assist is manually called?
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to use a travel macro? Sometimes when I want to move from.camp to camp toons with stop and med or buff and won't follow or will engage random stuff that attacks me

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

If there is another section I should be posting this please let me know.

hello kreeg.
as for question 1 I am not sure how to handle that one. question 2 go into your INI and turn assist down to 1% and use a bcg command to assist for question 3 you can use /mqp it pauses the macro and then hit the follow button in your group window or come to me how ever you want it as long as you have mq2nav set up correctly.

Thank you for your reply I will look into your suggestions.

I didn't know if /BCA /BCG /assistme etc would still work.

I appreciate your response :)

I think for option three having assist down to 1% should fix some of those issues as well.
Maybe on the follow key turn off med and buffs and turn them back on when there too

Thanks!

For travelling around this:-

and this:-

https://www.redguides.com/community/resources/mq2nav.146/

are game changers for me.

Combined with EQBC or event MQ2Dannet (see https://www.redguides.com/community...es-with-the-sexy-mq2dannet.69108/#post-380878 ) you can move your toons across zones, to camps you've set up as waypoints and so on.

There's tips here:- https://www.redguides.com/community/resources/maximizing-your-mq2-experience.1079/

I create an invis + follow me hotbutton that broadcasts /mqp (pauses the macro), makes my chanter cast group invis, then issues a follow me:

(Using Dannet)
/dgge /mqp
/dex <caster's name> /alt activate 1210
/dgge /afollow spawn ${Me.ID}

(EQBC version)

/bcg //mqp
/bct <caster's name> //alt activate 1210
/bcg //afollow spawn ${Me.ID}

I then use Easyfind (to a zone or NPC) or MQ2Nav (to a camp or "waypoint" I've previously saved) on my "main" to move, and the others follow.

To stop:

/dgga /makemevisible
/dgge /afollow off
/dgge /mqp

(EQBC version)

/bcga //makemevisible
/bcg //afollow off
/bcg //mqp

For question 1 - is it that your toons go a bit crazy when returning to camp with levitate on? I ended up not using levitates because of that.

No it's in regard to say swimming or just running in places with large variance for z axis with Lev on

But I think I can solve it using the provided info :)

/stick is the command, and the parameter for z axis is the 'uw' underwater flag. if you search for moveutils on the mq2wiki it has all the options

So '/stick 10 uw' should change characters face to adjust height, may need first person view im not sure...been a while since i been in water thankfully.

Hello again :)
I cannot seem to find a /bcg command that makes them assist me manually using this compilation and Kissassist can anyone show me where a list of the /commands are? I tried /assiston etc it does not seem to work. Thank you in advance.

honestly what i do is
/bcg //assist (name of tank) or use the target.id thing(edited used wrong macro)
/bcg melee //attack (set your channels for melee to this)
/bcg pet //pet attack ( mages and bst and necros to this channel)

Kiss doesn't have a manual assist command, you could use the /assistat XX command to change your assist at % on the fly, /bcg //assist 1 will set it to assist at 1%... or change to to 100 when you're ready for them to assist.

You can also use the /backoff command, which will turn off attack/stick and return char to campspot if camp is on and you /backoff again to get them to assist again... keeping in mind they will assist at whaty ever % is set in your ini intiially and what ever you last set your /assistat to
