Can KISSAssist buff outside of group?

I notice if someone buffs my team with a higher ned HP buff, my cleric never tries to cast HP buff again.

Is there a setting I need to get the cleric to cast the HP buff after the higher one falls off?

As long as all your characters are being run from the same instance of MQ2 then they will check and buff each other.
