Question - question about stickhow options

I am stumped on how to handle the stick and stickhow when using KA. I have read over the following:

What I am trying to do is get the toons to move to the mob, but not circle around it at all. I usually drive with the tank and can face the mob as needed. The circling around part is just a dead give away that you are using the software I think. Does anyone have a resolution for this? It does not seem to matter if you have KA set to use MQ2Melee or not, and using the stick=off and stick=i options do not seem to help either.

I greatly appreciate any advice in advance.

if you change this in your KA ini
UseMQ2Melee=0
and
StickHow=loose

or whatever stick you want, that should do it.

I think I figured out a way to get what I wanted from it but i had to get a little bit creative and\or janky. I went into the MQ2MoveUtils.ini and set ArcBehind=259.9. That seems to just make it think that it is in the rear arc regardless of where it is.

  • ArcBehind= - 5.1 to 259.9, user can configure angular distance arc that "stick behind" uses
  • ArcNotFront= - 5.1 to 259.9, user can configure angular distance arc that "stick !front" uses
