Question - Purchased Chrono.

Spent 300 red cents. Confused on how it gets delivered.

Click on configure and it said Vox server character name. Which I have none.

Clicked discard and I think I cancelled purchase but missing 300 red cent.

First time I tried this sorry, any advice appreciated.
 
You spend the redcents to get the item. Then you MUST provide a character name for parcel on Vox server. If you don't have a character on Vox server you must create one. Discarding the item means to throw it away. @Redbot may be able to assist you further.

Creating a toon on Vox is a deal breaker for you?

When the Krono is sent to your level 1 Vox toon, it will also show up on your main's inventory, regardless of server.

to piggyback on this, you can create a lvl 1 toon and run to PoK to get to the bank/parcel --- you can delete the toon afterwards. shouldn't take much time. Definitely worth it

Really? I didn't know this! I will make a toon for sure, I had no Idea Chronos crossed servers. I just need to un "discard" my "discard" some how.

I bought a second Chrono and filled it the appropriate name for Vox. Can you please fix my first purchase and un "Discard" it?
 
No need to go to the bank or parcel. Krono are not like normal items, they're delivered instantly to all toons on your entire account.

You can make a toon on vox and never log in, you'll receive the Krono on your main toon on a different server.

The only thing that's parceled is a note, that basically says "you already have your krono, this is a receipt"

Chronos from the novels Incarnations of Immortality is the god of time. Since Krono's give you more time, I'm willing to bet the name was somehow derived from that sort of thing.

how long does this usually take? bought one two days (uk time) ago and not received it yet. I appreciate there is a time difference so just an idea of how long it normally takes you to process sales would be cool thanks.
 
Once the item is purchased with redcents, and you configure the item with the name of the toon for the vox server, it's just a matter of waiting for redbot to parcel it.

Usually get mine the same day I purchase them. Again, should speak with @Redbot for any issues with a redcent purchase.

I have to remember it was sunday also, guess even Redbot deserves a day off ;)
just need to be patient and remember the time difference lol, but patience was never one of my strong points ;)
