mq and by extension modbot does not allow you to do something like that if eq didn't allow you to do that. (mq does allow you to target things outside the normal eq target distance - but doing stuff through walls isn't that)
some places eq let's you cast spells through walls.
are you sure this isn't a place you can already /target something and then cast/shoot it?
