program not found

when i click on the marcoquest2.sln file i get this

windows can not find PROGRAM.exe
this program is needed for opening files of type SLNfile


what can i do to fix this or what do i ned?

You're trying to compile it, correct? You need Visual Studio.
If you're trying to run something somebody else compiled for you, click on macroquest2.exe instead.

ok i did that now it says incorrect version of marcoquest

That means you need to get the latest version of Macroquest and compile it.
