When I run my team onto an elevator in Crescent Reach, they all don't make it on before it starts moving. Is it possible to toggle on/off the automatic activation of items?

yes, this is likely your mq2nav that is clicking it.

you can /nav ui and go into your door settings and "ignore scripted doors" which should ignore things like levers

Thank you a lot for the help. Now when I am in Crescent Reach I can turn that off. Awesome!
