I had the same issue and wasn't able to fix it. Some were able to fix it by adjusting the Y axis up in this thread about skyfire mesh issues.

Min Y: -413

If you have any luck or find a working one, I'd love a copy too.

-413 on the Min Y seems to work, have not tested the mesh yet, thank you!

Just move the floor up and it'll work. After that I ran into issues where portions of the mesh weren't rendering properly, which resulted in me running back and forth in really weird places on the map. That was entirely random, though.
