Question - Picking up dropped items

I would like to create a macro to help consolidate items to a single character. I find that I am spending quite a lot of my game time taking loot that I've acquired throughout the week and shuffling it between charactera in an attempt to stay organized. However this is a very slow process when you start running multiple groups. What i would like to so to speed this up is write a mac to search the chars inventory for a specific item or part of an item name and drop any results on the ground. I then want another char running a macro to pick up items off the floor in a relatively small radius.

The macro to drop items i am not worried about however i am a bit stumped on the macro to pick the items up off the ground. I was hoping to just modify an existing shiny mac to pick up but all i could find were ones that made me specify the item to pick up (such as "glowing globe" for collectibles) but when i drop an item on the ground it didn't show up on the map so i am a bit lost on the best way to go about trying to find the dropped item's name. Also if for whatever reason the item name can't be found I'm open to any ideas on how to make this work.

P. S. The reason i want to have the mac work this way instead of a trade mac is because if i have 10+ char who all have silk on them it'd be much more beneficial to me if i could just have everyone drop all their silk and one toon vacuum them up instead of having 10+ char all trying to trade with the same char

set up parcelbot with the items you want to send, once its done, just turn it on and they will send items to whatever characters been specified, easy no mess.

I was trying to figure out how to detect all items on ground and then listing them and then picking the ones i want and then runnign and getting them.
but whatever code i was able to find on the wikis only talked about specific names or partial name matches.
