Is there a way for my wife to send a tell to my mage to summon her pet weapons?

What macro is your mage running?

The answer if yes but you would need to give us more about your setup, if she's on your LAN she can use EQBC or MQ2dannet to just command your mage to target her and /cast a spell for example.

There are guild buff bot macros, kissassist12 beta has item begging now that you can setup, probably a few other options

i am able to do it on my pc useing eqbc just not sure how to do it on her pc to mine

if mage is running KA can send a tell saying "pettoysplz petname" and the mage will equip the pet with what they have configured. I use this hotkey:

/bct mage //pettoysplz ${Me.Pet.CleanName}

They only need to be in a group with the option turned on to summon pet weapons. The plugin will see the pet doesn't have weapons and just give it to them automagically.

you can use mq2buffme and ask for that by spell (or if you're using mq2mage, she can just request "all" and it will summon her a bag

i did answer you above, what part of that didn't make sense so i can better explain it?

buffme allows you to ask for something by spell name, or if the buffing person is using a cwtn plugin they can just ask for "all"

no. that isn't what i said - I said to use mq2buffme - did you click on the mq2buffme resource and then see how that goes?
