Problem - Paladin Combat Self-buff issues

Hello All,

I am trying to have my Level 77 Paladin cast Ward of Tunare self-buff when in combat and am having absolutely no luck. Would be great if someone could give a hint here. Below is the .ini.

Any other tips for improvement would be greatly appreciated!

you dont need the |me on it, since its a selfbuff. so just do it withgout, is how i dot in my paladin.ini
