Question - Out of group buff question

How does one make a shaman do a dual buff on the MA while outside of group? My celerity and champion spells work fine but he won't do unity outside of group. My syntax is:

Buffs2=Talisman of Celerity|Ma
Buffs3=Talisman of Unity Rk. II|Dual|Darkpaw Focusing Rk. II|Ma
Buffs4=Spirit of Bih`li|Ma

I think the new Dual MA code is bugged I am checking it.
