Hi All

I have attached some guides from back in 2003 when i used to play hardcore, some of the info is still relevant today but there is some very old info as well which may be some use as well.

Be kind as i was new to writing stuff and there is probably alot of spelling issues etc.
These used to be guides i charged for as there was a lot of time and effort put into them.
