Offsets?

I really hate to sound like a broken record, but where are the docrack offsets generally posted after a major patch? Sometimes I find them in Jigs' work but sometimes they're not there. There are only a few of that I use (ultravision being the most common), and I hate sounding like a beggar everytime we get a new .exe.
