Is there an offset to make your wepons proc whenever ya want or at least increase the chance of procing? This would be sweet using a Devastating Maul ( procs rune 1) if it proced like every 3 seconds.

mebe, but i doubt it. but then its kinda hard to find without a echo that is only for procs

I could see this working only cuz at the emu we have a certain field for the proc rate of wpns that means the client requires it so theres a memory value but combat is server side and i think you can make it look like its porcing more but its not really
