Notepad++ (1 Viewer)

I was starting to write macros and I already had Notepad++ installed but the instructions in the MQ2 Wiki do not work...

If I make the changes suggested it starts making Notepad++ crash. I'm using the latest version of Notepad++ if that is part of the problem.

Win 7 Home Premium

Copy attached file to your user directory whatever yourname is for user.
C:\Users\Yourname\AppData\Roaming\Notepad++

Menu
Settings > Preferences > File Association Tab
Click on customize in left side box
type .mac in the box then click the arrow until it shows up in registerd ext in the right side box
Click close

Thanks, apparently I was missing the steps that associated the filetype to it. Working perfectly now

There is a small blurb about associating the .mac extension but it is easy to miss. I added the info above to the mq2 wiki for clarity.
