This Guide is to show people how I personally have gotten over 10 toons to 70 with 200 AAs each.
Start your character, preferably tank class, but can do it with anything if you already have healer and tank. I personally use shammy and warrior combo, becuase its the most effective from what I've found.
Things to Know about Leveling

How much Exp will I get noob?
-----------------------------
-=0 level diffrence or mob higher level = Maximum Exp... Mobs that con even is optimium for kill times and exp gain. Mobs over 3 level higher than you generally are long kills and not really worth the investment of time to kill them.
-=1 level to 5 levels below you = Optimium Exp... Mobs are generally fast kills and if you can find alot of them in one place... its a perfect leveling spot
-=More than 5 levels below you = Don't waste your time. Your exp has been cut in half and you need to move on.

Tutorial til Level 5 -=Easy and Fast
Pauldal Caverns to 15 -=Suprised? lol
Marus Seru to 28 -= Tons of mobs, outdoors, great place to level
Dawnshroud to 33 -= Tribal Dudes camps... fast and effeciant.
City of Mist to 43 -= Stables Camp... Tons of mobs and static spawns.
Velks to 51 -= Top Shelf Camp... Tons of spiders and great exp.

----------Macro Spots Post 50-------------
-PoJustice to 61.... AA ... Leveling Breakdown.
--Level 51 ... Stay here for first 6 AAs
--Level 55 ... Stay here for the remainder of Defensive AAs in Archtype and bank enough AA's for Class Defensive
--Level to 61 after that is achieved
-PoValor to 70... Leveling Breakdown.
--Level 62 .. Stay here til you get all the AAs you can
--Level 67 .. Stay here til you get all the AAs you can
--Level 70 .. Max your AAs out.

I've posted the Macros for Pojustice and PoValor... some need to be modified depending on the class you choose.
