No-summon Offset

This has been nerfed into the ground. No more bugging siddin, mach, thirdphaze, or any offset masta about it.

good luck, currently the offset will only put you back at your current position, but you still take a full round of combat from any mob withing melee range, so you'll still die in 2-3 summons
