Problem - NinjaAdvLoot Destroyed My Loot

Just destroyed a piece of gear that it thought was foraged for some dang reason even though I had just looted off a corpse .. I'm one pissed off ranger right now.

Setup MQ2AutoLoot and one of the item lists available on the forum.

That's what I'm using and the looton is set to off in the regular file. This was the ninja one doing it

If LootOn=0 then KA isn't doing it. Must be something else doing that.

I checked all the settings and it should not have destroyed but it did. That item was set to Keep or Ignore everywhere else I could find it.

make sure you ctr-f find the item in loot file. i ended up having two entries one was ignore the other was keep

Only one entry and it say Ignore.
The key elements in this occurrence (due to some unknown combination of influences) are:
NinjaAdvLoot DESTROYED an item LOOTED from a Boss manually (not automatically)
For some reason it was noted as a FORAGED item when it obviously is not.
I looked in both forage and loot ini files - the item was listed as Ignore in one and Keep in the other .. I am assuming it was added to the forage ini as a result of this happenstance.
So, take a close look at the screenshot (I realize it is small) but the key elements are there and try to explain why it was listed as a forage item and then destroyed when every setting I have been able to find says it should not have been.
I got the item back from the parcel guy - but I should not have had to do that.
So, therefore, I am completely /boggled and making sure you all know SOMETHING went wrong because it is now past my realm of knowledge.
