In Nektulos Forest!
There is a spot up northside, where Thexain Elite Guards (Level 27-28 Heroic) and other Dark Elf elves walk around. The Elite Guards always drop a chest. And there are also some fairys (Level 28) and Owlbears (Level 24 some heroic).
If you get a group of lvl 24-30, go up there to hunt for lots of loots and not bad EXP either. You'll get better EXP at giants, but for chests and good loot, you can't go wrong with this spot.
