Problem - New User - Melee Characters work fine, no casters cast or send pets.

I read another thread with this issue, that seemed to be fixed with him correcting his path in very vanilla to the MQ2 folder, but I checked mine the way they said and mine is right.

My melee characters will attack with melee, my cleric heals, but my enchanter, mage and druid just sit there, and do absolutely nothing.

Below are their INI's, they are only level 6, and I used Almar's level 5 INI.

I am brand new so I am sure I missed something, but I cant figure it out, so hoping SOMEONE can point me in the right direction.

Actually Cleric isnt healing either, I thought he did when I first started, with the level 1 INI, but now he isnt. Difference is he is now melee'ing.

I think you are using wrong version of Kiss you should be using version 11 or 12 even that's in beta not sure . But try finding an ini for version 11. I could be all wrong here as I am definitely not the go to guy but see if that fixes caster problems.

One thing to mention, I set a macro to start Kissasist... essentially it is like below.

/pause 30, /target MainAssisitNameHere
/bca //mac kissassist

I think that is what it is, going from memory. I have nother that stops it that is just /bca //end

Well, I considered that, I am on version 11.005 I think of KA... so I deleted one of my characters INI files, and ran the macro on him and ended it, and it created a new one, but only had the Rez section I think, like 3 lines. No version was listed.

What version would the INI have if Im using 11.005? I thought that number, but the previous ones had 2 decimal points, like 10.5.3 or something.

I tried 11.005 and that did not fix it.

I am now logging out all characters, and gonna restart them to see if that makes a difference.

I am sorry if I am missing something simple, I am brand new and Ive been watching video's and reading stuff since yesterday evening to set this up.

I unloaded/camped all out... logged in just my healer and tank.... deleted my healers INI file first. Upon login I started kissasist and ended it, to recreate the INI. It did create it but only with the REZ parameters... like 3 lines.

How can I get the macro to rebuild the entire blank INI like it does on first use?

This is all I get... runnign /mac kissassist with no target as instructed on the top of the kiss assist page. It generates the INI file, but only with these entries.

I could of sworn last night when I did that the first time, I got a larger ini file with many entries, that I could then edit.

Are you sure you are in the kissassist_charactername.ini in the macros folder and not the server_charactername.ini in the release folder?

OK I figured it out.... my stupid mistake.... I was editting the bertox_charname.ini file in the root folder.... I found the right INIs and it is now working.
