Need info on starting missions / tasks (1 Viewer)

Does anyone have a list of all the missions / tasks out there and how to automatically request it? I know a little about mq2mission, although very little, but from what I understand this would easily allow people to do missions when they're on other factions.

If this exists somewhere, plz link it. I've searched every combination I could think of and I've seen lots of examples showing it being used but none show the list of how to get specific missions.
