need help

I downloaded this MQ2 Latest Source Zip and it works i think but dont know where i can find list of commands or what can i use it for (I know im a noob what ever ) please let me know if there is a list of commands i can down load for this or what i should do to find out pls

go to strats and cheats...

look up CODECASTERS MQ2 Pre-Compile... and there are all the commands for all the plugins he has
