sometimes got aggros but pet only kill one or some mobs of them, then changed to ghold state.
even if other mobs hit my pet. he did nothing.

So i see in your kissassist here you have
EQBC=0
Dannet=0
which one are you using ? you need to turn that one to 1 either Dannet or EQBC i had a same issue with my Bard not mezzing and would just tab through mobs super fast turned Dannet to 1 and EQBC to 0 and has worked great since just something to look into and is easy fix.

the ini is mostly empty

he has no damage abilities in it, and dps is turned OFF in the ini

he dont need to turn either of those on if he is soloing with his merc, then it has literally no effect, however if he wants his pet to attack things, he needs to set petholdon=0, else its gonna be put on greater hold, and only attack things kiss attacks for him, but since his kiss doesnt attack things..

my point is (repeatedly) that the ini is empty and the original post says "does nothing" which would imply "would like them to do something"

well yeah i guess thats agood point, i mean i noticed he filled out his gems, then i scrolled to the pet section, didnt read the rest.

I will add spell/buff/cond later, I soloed and my pet+merc will kill them soon before mob respawn.
