You have MQ2Nav loaded and a mesh for the zone? I think that line is trying to see if you have a mesh to move the toon to a target.

I don't think it's related to your issue/error, but also check that you have the axe components for your axe in Buffs. Zerkers tend to just stop working when you run out of components.
 
make sure you have your axe components. Sounds weird, but this was happening to my zerker quite awhile ago, and for some reason it was that.
