Bug - Multiple Rewards for Single Group Task.

So here's How you do it. Was messing round with a buddy of mine doing quests awhile back and found this bug. If you get a task (group) that requires a hail to complete and give you a reward. What you do is have everyone in task get close to the npc you hail to finish the quest. All pre target then count it out and hail the npc all at the same time on all the toons. As a result you will get the quest reward for each hail vrs one reward. They have to be in group and it has to be a quest with a hail to finish. Enjoy getting 3+ rewards for one quest. And always I love redcents if this helped you.

Haven't tried it since the patch but it worked before.

Use something like ISBoxer or HKN and broadcast the hail key to all your clients at once, no need to time anything.

What is the name of a mission this works on? I tried it with repo using ISboxer but it did not work. Is it strictly with quests that only contain a exp reward when hailed rather then a reward window?

Sorry for the late bump response. This only works for missions that give a reward in reward window there are a couple in new EW and a couple in grelleth.

About 4000 accounts have now been banned for 1 week, all toons that are banned are being rolled back to 0 aa's, and all plat taken from the account. This has happened to quite a few people I know. Just thought I would warn folks

Was it for people doing this? Seems a little bit harsh. Seeing as you could accomplish it with out mq2.

To a point yes. People with programmable keyboards were setting the keypress super fast and getting 30+ rewards I heard sometimes the server would lag enough to get 100+ rewards. All the toons I did seperate hails at one time(not super fast hails on one toon) didn't get touched assuming it was less trackable / less of a sploit versus people raking in 30+ rewards on a single toon doing a shit ton of hails.

Someone on Bertox was rumored to have gotten 600+ task rewards from 1 task ... equivalent of 300aa's for 5 minutes work.

Hell 600+ woulda netted like 1200 aa with the ew or grelleth tasks. Thats insane.
