do you have it set to "use gambit"? if so, it wont recognize that it isnt able to use that line yet, and just wont use the harvest line.

I already logged out for the night so I'll try to check that setting tomorrow.

He does cast the Harvest AA (which barely does anything) But is not loading, keeping up, or using the spell, which is 100x better.

Some feedback after testing.

lvl 76-80 testing.

79 Wizard is not:

Casting or keeping Tranquil Harvest spell up at all times.
This is a mana refill spell with a long charge time, needs to stay on spell bar at all times, otherwise useless, he never casts it.

Otherwise seems to work fairly well, nice job!

As far as i can tell I have all the settings set for him to do/not do these things, if not please advise.

Turn off use Gambit if you want to use harvest.

also be sure to adjust your harvest mana value

we also dont harvest in "safe zones"

Roughly lvl 50 (52 now) when it happened, but might happen earlier.. But i just picked up a mana robe on my wizard. Auto-set it to special in the add-clickies, which was great. UNTIL it decided to spam it at 100% mana. So, ive had to deactivate it. Anyway to fix that? I know its a rather minor thing, but i figured id mention it

lol that's funny - nah for now just disable it if you dont want to use it (it is only set to use during burns) - but manarobe is funny and i can see how that's a prob

- - if you don't have gem 14 due to xpac/aa, you'd want to byos
- if progressivespell is memorized, we will use that over ethconf for purposes of forceful aa usage

I know there are a handful of ways to accomplish this but I would like my wiz to snare i.e Bonds of force. The issue I am running into when issuing command from my drive toon is that the wiz is busy into his rotation and I have to spam my hot key to catch the command between boom casts. I am going to try a new hotkey that pauses MQ2Wiz casts snare and then restarts MQ2. Is there a feature I am missing?

nope - if you wanted to do something manually you'd want to pause then do the thing then unpause.

you could multiline with timed /multiline ; /wiz pause on; /timed 5 /cast bonds of force; /timed 15 /wiz pause off

Looking for ways to boost wizard dps in classic era (frostreaver server) if anyone has any suggestions.

Currently with default settings he literally only spams his lightning lure and ends up at the bottom of the parse with 80%+ mana at the end of the fight.

Turning off magic nukes makes him spam nothing but sunstrike, which is better dps but he runs out of mana before the mob hits 50% health.

There seems to be no logic for him to use ice comet or ice spear on more fire resistant mobs or anything intelligent like that, he just button mashes one nuke 100% of the time depending on what is turned on/off.

As far as I can tell there’s no way to manage any of this short of turning on and off different nuke types mid-fight

yeah castfire, castmagic, castice let's you manage that. It makes you just use or not that type so you can change on the fly if you needed - those settings don't change your loadout.

I wonder if your refresh is just coming back when it is time to cast again with your lightning / sunstrike but yeah, gonna use the spells if their conditions for it are met.

can you articulate what a fight might look like for you if things were magically the way you wanted them? just like a firing order. I'm not sure if we'll make adjustments - or if you're ask is possible, but i do want to make sure i understand
