Problem - MQ2NoNagWindows

With the last couple of releases, the NoNagWindows plugin seemed, sporadically, to quit working for me. I checked my config file and it is still enabled.

Come to think of it, it *may* have coincided with when I started using MQ2EQWire but I'm not certain.

There was thought that DBG could track and didn't like the nonagwindow - so I think they (VV) got rid of it to avoid DBG

Should be a UI you can activate with all the nag windows that can occur and a checkbox to "remove me"

we stopped supporting mq2nonagwindows. If the dll is still in your folder, it will likely cause crashes.
