So I updated via RG launcher and am now getting the below pop-ups with each toon launched by autol-ogin. Just to be sure I reinstalled with the launcher also.

I don't think I changed anything in my RG folder but am at a loss.

What is this?

Edit- NetHeals *IS* in my pulins folder.

First things first. Check your AV software and make sure you have added exclusions for your MQ and Everquest directories. This seems like an AV thing.

Heh, <Red Faced>, I don't use anything besides what came w/ windows and haven't changed anything there.

Don't know what the issue is with your MQ2NetHeals.dll but you could just delete that dll for now and see if its the only problem. It's a pretty specific use case dll. Not many things use it anymore I don't believe. You'd probably be okay without it for now.

I have seen Defender act all innocent, and then all of the sudden, it attacks...

Edit: Even with Defender, add the folder exclusions to be sure.

- The RG Launcher is unable to *delete* old files.
-- This means you will get an error box if you don't have a current plugin that matches the mq build
-- your options are:
--- a: update the dll
--- b: delete the old .dll in your plugin folder, and/or
--- c: change your macroquest.ini to MQ2PluginName=0 under [Plugins]

I don't think this is a plugin built and sent our by RG currently. I'd just delete it

I would also guess, since you have that dll, you installed over the top of your old MQ2 instance which will bring you all kinds of pain. If you did that, I'd recommend moving over to another folder.

This and this!

Thanks Sic and Knighty.

I also use Bugs for Viewport and ClickMaint and must have copied over NetHeals as well.

Deleting NetHeal from my RG folder took care of the pop ups with no ill effects (affects? I never know which one is right) to my game.

Thanks guys~ As always y'all help with my many issues. LOL

RG Provides a Viewport plugin as well.
