Not sure whats up but started happening when I patched today 1/5. MQ2Nav will work for a few minutes with a Mesh and then stop working using distance pulling only. Try to unload the plugin crashes EQ.

Update: I double checked the updater and for some reason MQ2nav was unchecked, not sure why, I never unchecked. I checked it, did another update and it seems to be staying up now, will monitor and see.

Quick follow up: While MQ2Nav seems to be working, its behavior is different than before the patch. For example, the MQ2 window of the puller spams

Cast Radius is now set to 270
[MQ2] Looking for Close Range Mobs

Prior to the patch I use to see a message stating it was waiting x seconds before looking for a mob, etc. Any ideas on why its spamming these two messages now? Nothing has changed in the toons ini file.

MQ2Nav is purely navigational and doesn't produce messages like that. Sounds like a change to KA. cast radius message is from usage of /mapfilter castradius 270, and [MQ2] Looking for Close Range Mobs is a /echo "Looking for close Range Mobs"

Both of which would be part of the KA code.

The current version of kiss doesn't wait for x number of seconds at this time, It is something that got broke and I have it on my list of things to fix.. Not a game stopper it just keeps spamming until a mob spawns..

Yes definitely not a game stopper, I also noticed that if I try to unload MQ2Nav it crashes EQ, again not a big deal, I just dont unload it :) Thanks for the reply just wanted to be sure I didnt fubar something up to see this different behavior! Thank you again!

If you want you can stop it from loading. You can edit your MacroQuest.ini file and find the [Plugins] section and change mq2nav=1 to mq2nav=0. It is best to do when all your characters are logged out. also unload and reload macroquest, and then when you login the mq2nav plugin should not load.
