It has been incorporated in the MQ2source code.
Merged the MQ2GearScore logic into the base code for MQ2ItemDisplay. This means that MQ2GearScore
is no longer necessary and MQ2Bzsrch will work correctly for those that want scores.
In order to use the new functionality, rename your old ini file to MQ2ItemDisplay.ini to get all
the same values. You can stop using MQ2GearScore and go back to use the base code MQ2ItemDisplay
