Problem - MQ2 Map only working on 2 out of 3 toons

I am literally just starting to use MQ2. My problem is that with 2 out of 3 toons I load with WinEQ are able to use the map, but the third can't. I've tried completely quitting EQ and just logging into that one toon but to no avail. Any advice?
