I was reading that 20140330 is out, as of march 26, but the main download link still links to 20140313

Any reason the main link doesn't have access to the new version? Couldn't find the new version anywhere, it is out correct?

Correct, we have not updated it yet as the current release is still working.

We expect live servers to be patched sometime this week (since Test was just patched), so we'll roll out all the new MQ2 changes afterwards.

The last major patch was 3/13 on EQ live. So that is the most recent stable compile. since then MQ2 devs has released 2 or 3 maintenance patches. These are all new features but nothing that impacts the current compile. I am testing the new features as they come out and they will all be rolled into the compile on the next Live EQ patch.
