Question - MQ2 Group window hot buttons

I'm assuming it's MQ2 itself doing this, but how do I disable the hotkey spaces on my group window? This doesn't play nice with a custom UI I'm using (sits on top of the health bars of some group members).

Rightclick Group window and select disable hotbuttons from the menu

Is there a way to disable to stuff added to the target window? Id rather see all the mobs debuffs/dots than the class and direction of the specific npc. I have that information in my hud.
