is anyone able to help me make an ini for kissassist, i dont see one listed for a 125 monk yet, which is surprising considering their dps now.

While their DPS may have increased, monks aren't popular. The monk has been my primary class since I started playing. I havent really played any other class.. Fortunately (or unfortunately) not much has changed for the monk and its disc/aa for a large number of expansions, so taking some decently built ini's from early levels and updating them with the AA/Disc that replaced the older ones, will get you up and running in no time.
The best I could offer up is to go to the ini's (which you've done since you don't see a monk ini for 125. I'd look at these 3 ini's:

And then compare and contrast them. If they have conditions, then use the ones that work for you. So, I dont understanding programing, so conditions are beyond me.
If I was in your position, I'd get the 120 ToL monk ini above, and go through it and swap out the old names with the new names of the Discs. I dont think we've gotten any new AA so that will be a wash. And if you prefer tiger palm over flying kick, etc, update for your flavor/style of play. My understanding is that 2hb is more better (still) then 1h'ers.
I knew when I used the bard ini to figure out what kissassist did, it took me a few days and more time then I care to talk about (again, Im mostly programming not-literate) to figure out what was happening and what the various sections were doing. But having a pre-built ini with the kissasst site you posted above, its a matter of CNTL+F to find what you need to know about and getting through the details.
While not an direct answer to your 125 monk ini, it offers a relatively easy/quick way to get the 120 ToL Monk ini up and running for your 125 needs.
